Well, here it is, at last! Just click on the links below and they will take you the respective photo album as noted. Each photo album (link) is for a specific category of pay program. What you'll find in each album are images that our users have posted that show that they were paid by a particular pay program.

Online Pay Programs - What are they??

Now that you've landed on this page, you're probably asking yourself, "what is an online pay program?. If you're looking to earn a little extra cash in your spare time, you're going to be very thankful that those questions are about to be answered :)

There are many forms of online pay programs. This wiki is devoted to six types of online pay programs. Below is a description of each one of them.

ONLINE PAY PROGRAMS - WHAT ARE THEY?

1) Pay to Read (PTR) - Online advertisers pay you to receive an e-mail from the Pay to Read company and click on a link in that e-mail and view an ad for about 30 seconds.

2) Pay to Try (PTT) - Online advertisers offer free or low cost trial offers to get you to try their products in hopes that you won't cancel before the trial period is up and will continue receiving more product or service. The Pay to Try companies then give you a cash incentive to sign up for these trial offers.
3) Pay to Play (PTP) - Online advertisers pay Pay to Play companies to show their advertisements while you play games on their website.

4) Pay to Shop (PTS) - If you're an online shopper, than these programs are for you. The pay programs will pay you to shop at online stores by shopping through their links. Most good PTS programs have all the major retailers available to shop through.
5) Online Surveys - This is pretty self explanatory. Marketing Research companies will pay you to receive an e-mail, click on the survey link, and complete the survey. Surveys can take you as little as 5 minutes and as much as 60 minutes. Compensation is usually based on the survey length. Most surveys are online, but some are telephone surveys (only with your permission), or online interactive (chat) surveys. In addition to getting paid for taking surveys, you often will receive free product to try and evaluate later in a survey.

HOW AM I PAID BY THESE PROGRAMS?
All of the programs that I'm aware of pay in one or more of the following six ways:

1) Check

2) Paypal (www.paypal.com) - In most cases, you must be a verified member of paypal for a pay program company to pay you. That's the policy of the pay program, not Paypal. To be verified, you'll need to register a credit card. There is no cost for Paypal or to be verified. Although Paypal does charge you a small fee when you receive payment from the pay programs.

3) AlertPay (www.alertpay.com) - Very much like Paypal, but newer to the internet scene. Free to register with them.

4) Gift Cards - Most programs have a wide selection of gift cards to choose from like Starbucks, major department stores, Amazon, etc.

5) Prizes - A very few programs pay you in prizes and most that I've seen that pay this way, really have a limited selection of prizes, most that I wouldn't want. I mean, who needs another travel carry on bag?

6) Free Advertising - There are a few programs that only allow you to spend your earnings on advertising with their program. So let's say you sign up for one of these that's a PTC, you'll click on ads, earn money, and then you can use that money to advertise your website with their PTC. Not bad if you've got a website and want some free and minimal effort advertising.

IF I SIGN UP WITH A PAY PROGRAM, WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
All programs require at least your name and an e-mail address. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU SETUP A NEW E-MAIL ACCOUNT JUST FOR YOUR PAY PROGRAMS, as you will get some spam. About 75% of them will require your address and phone number. I know what you're thinking...I don't want to give out that information, right?! From personal experience I can tell you that I'm signed up with close to 100 programs and I've gotten maybe 2 pieces of junk mail that I can attribute to these programs, and I've gotten zero telemarketing calls as a result of giving them my phone number. Additionally, I know of two programs, Hits4Pay and DealsNCash, very legitimate programs, that require your social security number and a W9 tax form be completed. This is because they really are legit and comply with IRS regulations. In their case, if you earn more than $600 in a year, they want to be able to report your income to the government and send you a 1099 reflecting your earnings.

ARE THESE PROGRAMS LEGITIMATE?
Not all of them are, especially in the PTC world. Before signing up for a program and spending your precious time working to earn money on them, I highly suggest you google their name and do as much internet research you can to confirm they're legit and that they actually pay their users. I've only had one bad experience so far, I had worked a PTC for about 2 weeks and suddenly their webpage was gone, along with my earnings. If I had checked them out before signing up, I would have seen that there were others on the web posting that they never got paid, etc. Looking for some real proof that a program is legit? Tips before and after you sign up:
